The ComedyCity improv troupe will be performing two free shows for healthcare workers, first responders, and their families on the evening of Saturday, April 23 at ComedyCity Theatre on 365 Main Avenue in De Pere. The shows will begin at 7:30 and 9:30 PM.
Tickets to ComedyCity’s Healthcare Worker & First Responder Night are being provided, free of charge, as a thank you for the tireless efforts of local first responders and healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The event is sponsored by the Green Bay Improv Festival and ComedyCity Theatre.
First responders and healthcare workers can claim up to 4 tickets to be used by themselves and guests of their choosing. Tickets will be available in advance via www.comedycity.fun while supplies last. Individuals who claim tickets are asked to present their employee identification at the box office when arriving the night of the show. Theatre doors will open 30 minutes prior to each start time. Both shows will be family friendly and appropriate for all ages.
ComedyCity is a group of improvisational comedy performers located out of De Pere, WI. They have been entertaining Northeast Wisconsin crowds with spontaneous and improvised comedy for more than 30 years.
The Green Bay Improv Festival started in 2012 as an event featuring various improv comedy groups. The festival has been held 9 times with groups coming from Chicago, Kansas City, Minneapolis, and several other locations.
