Improv is for everyone
Improv is a skill that anyone can learn. Whether you are interested in performing on stage, building confidence, improving communication, thinking more creatively, or becoming more adaptable in everyday life, improv offers practical tools that can help. Through games, exercises, and collaboration, improvisation teaches active listening, teamwork, quick thinking, and how to embrace the unexpected. No experience is necessary. All you need is a willingness to participate, support others, and have fun while learning something new.
How you can learn improv with us...
Formal classes
ComedyCity’s team of experienced improvises has curated 5-week courses covering the basics of improv for beginners and individuals with a little experience.
DRop-In classes
Worried about making a commitment or a lack of experience? Don’t worry, our drop-in classes don’t require either. Join us on most Tuesday nights from 7-9 for an evening of improv games for everyone. Just $10 at the door.
Improv for kids
Improv helps kids build confidence, creativity, communication skills, and teamwork while learning to think on their feet in a fun and supportive environment. Our team offers workshops throughout the year in addition to our summer improv camps.
Workshops
Improv workshops are not quite full classes, but are a little more in depth than drop-in classes. We offer focused 1-4 hour sessions of improv fun for groups of 5 or more
Corporate Learning
Improv helps corporate professionals strengthen communication, adaptability, collaboration, and problem-solving skills by teaching them how to confidently navigate unexpected situations. We can help your team in several different ways.

In-house Shows
There’s no place like home, especially when it comes to improv. We can perform for you at ComedyCity Theatre. We can seat up to 60 guests for your private event at our theatre.
Trivia night Services
Our team can bring our pub-style trivia show to you. We have various themes already prepped or can customize a night of trivia to your needs.
Workshops

Event Emcees
Our improv players are very experienced managing audiences of all sizes. We can be of service for you, as the emcees for your events, bringing our humor and personalities to the table.
Specialty & Custom Shows
In addition to our standard shows, we offer special themed shows such as Comedic Neutral: An Improvised Dungeons ‘n’ Dragons Adventure, the Match Game, Tipsy History, Herlarious, and more. Have an idea we don’t have listed? No problem.
