Get ready for a night of unbelievable stories, suspicious details, and hilarious interrogation as ComedyCity presents its own improvised spin on the classic truth-or-lie panel show format.
In this Rogue Comedy Month special, a group of ComedyCity improvisors will take the stage as contestants, each armed with strange personal claims, bizarre stories, and possibly a few completely made-up facts. Some of what they say will be true. Some of it will be total nonsense. The challenge? Their fellow performers — and the audience — will have to figure out who is telling the truth and who is lying through their teeth.
Expect quick thinking, ridiculous follow-up questions, unexpected confessions, and plenty of laugh-out-loud moments as the performers bluff, defend, accuse, and over-explain their way through each round. The more specific the story gets, the harder it may be to tell fact from fiction.
Part panel show, part improv game, and part comedy interrogation, this one-night-only event is perfect for fans of British panel shows, improv comedy, storytelling games, and anyone who loves watching funny people try to keep a straight face.
