Attention, Crawlers! A new quest has been unlocked at ComedyCity Theatre, and the Syndicate has selected Dungeon Crawler Carl as the next subject for glorious public entertainment. On Thursday, August 6 at 7:00 PM, gather your party, equip your knowledge, and prepare to descend through five floors of trivia inspired by Matt Dinniman’s cult-favorite LitRPG series.
Questions may come from all eight books, including A Parade of Horribles, including the audiobooks, so choose your teammates carefully. You never know when someone’s obscure knowledge of Carl, Princess Donut, Mongo, loot boxes, factions, achievements, or the AI’s deeply questionable priorities will save your run.
Come dressed as your favorite character for a chance to compete in our own very unofficial, significantly less deadly tribute to the The Butcher’s Masquerade. Whether you’re serving Royal Court of Princess Donut elegance, crawler survival chic, or “I definitely looted this outfit from a corpse” energy, we want to see your best dungeon-ready look. Mongo will be appalled if you don’t at least try. There is no reference too obscure!
There will also be themed drink specials, a costume contest, giveaways, a more surprises. The winning party will receive a super duper special titanium level loot box of prizes. All crawlers will receive a complimentary drink with admission.
Whether you’re a longtime crawler, an audiobook devotee, or someone who has been emotionally damaged by a talking cat with a tiara, this is your night to prove you belong on the leaderboard.
Although we generally consider our trivia nights to be family friendly, we suggest leaving the kids at home for this one. Since the books venture into a plethora of mature content, there is a good chance that trivia questions will too.
