The characters include a writer from the Shakespearian era; the barista; an actress from the Civil War era; a German soldier from WWII; a freedom fighter from the year 2234; and a man for the new testament times. Each character is waiting for an important meeting that could change their lives. \nAs they interact\, they discuss their respective historical contexts\, their hopes\, and their fears. The play explores themes of time\, death\, and historical accuracy\, questioning how history remembers individuals and events. The characters’ conversations reveal their struggles with their identities and their places in history\, ultimately highlighting the interconnectedness of their experiences despite the vast differences in their backgrounds. \nThe play is a blend of comedy and drama\, with witty dialogues and poignant moments that reflect on the nature of existence and the impact of historical events on personal lives.
