DESCRIPTION:BASSPROV is a one act improvised play (performed by Mark Sutton and Joe Bill) that takes place in a boat as old friends Earl Hinkle and Donny Weaver catch up with each other and current events\, drink a couple beers\, and try to catch a fish or two. \nHere’s what audiences around the world have said about BASSPROV: \n“Critic’s Choice” – Chicago Reader \n“Hilarious” – Chicago Sun-Times \n“Chicago’s Best Comedy Group” – Bass Ale Comedy Competition \n“Outstanding Improv Duo” – Chicago Improv Festival \nAs co-founders of Annoyance Theater\, Joe and Mark were the first nationally touring duo improv show\, beginning in 2001. BASSPROV has headlined every major improv festival in North America and were the winners of the Nichols & May Outstanding Duo Award 2010 at The Chicago Improv Festival. They are one of the few improv duos reviewed by the New York Times and are excited to begin their third decade of touring\, nationally and internationally. \nOpening for BASSPROV will be your very own\, very local\, ComedyCity Improv troupe. \nJoe Bill and Mark Sutton will also be hosting two workshops on Saturday\, June 13.  Joe Bill will be presenting “The First 30 Seconds” at 10 AM.  Mark Sutton will be presenting “Character Issues” at 1 PM. \nYou can order tickets for BASSPROV here or learn about more events at ComedyCity by clicking here.
